A quality report (previously known as the quality account) is an annual report produced for the public by NHS healthcare providers about the quality of services they deliver. Our quality report details the progress we have made in improving the quality of services since our last quality report. It also describes the areas in which we want to focus our quality improvement work over the coming year.
Some reports created are required for our own internal Clinical Governance, some are required for our Ramsay Healthcare UK Corporate reporting, some are required for our Stakeholders, for example the NHS England, Clinical Commissioning Groups and the Care Quality Commission.
Our patients can be assured of the quality of the hospital and its Consultants by referring to the hospitals Quality Reports.
