Duchy Hospital, Cornwall
Duchy Hospital is Cornwall's only private hospital with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. Duchy Hospital was opened in 1981 by the late HRH Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother and is located in a pleasant rural setting on the outskirts of Truro.
By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. We are also now able to offer spinal surgery. Other facilities include a day case theatre with endoscopy facilities, and a state of the art cardiac catheter laboratory.
A wide range of diagnostic and treatment facilities are available including x-ray, MRI, ultrasound, physiotherapy and a sports injury clinic.
Competitively priced cosmetic surgery is available for a wide range of procedures including breast enlargement, tummy tuck, liposuction and facial surgery by our consultant-led service. The hospital is also able to provide a range of aesthetic outpatient clinics including Soprano Laser Hair Removal, Harmony thread vein treatment and a Mole Clinic for skin checks.
